Tenetia Mack, NOMA, WELL AP

Tenetia joined COOKFOX in July 2020 as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.  Her focus is to guide and coordinate efforts to cultivate and foster an open and inclusive environment within the Studio and its interaction with the community at large. She will partner to oversee programs and initiatives designed to promote mentorship, enhance recruitment and support retention.

Tenetia graduated with a degree in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati and hopes to use her experience to advocate for diverse and equitable systems and practices within the discipline of architecture.

As designers and creatives we must realize that as we address racial and gender inequalities, social and economic disparities it will take a commitment of not only weeks and years, but of a lifetime. Tenetia lives in Rockland County, New York.
