Curbed: Domino Megaproject’s Second Residential Building Tops Out

Designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by Two Trees Management, One South First will have 330 residential units, 66 of which will be affordable; 150,000 square feet of office space; and 15,000 square feet of retail, including outposts for Roberta’s and Other Half Brewing.
The building, consisting of two interlocked towers, has a white precast concrete facade that replicates sugar crystals, in homage to the site’s history. The James Corner Field Operations-designed Domino Park, right behind it, also has details that come from the old sugar refinery, including cranes, columns, and tanks.
