100 Vandam Tops Out

Our residential project at 100 Vandam Street has topped out! Members of the COOKFOX design team attended the topping out ceremony on August 13th. The ceremony took place on the 20th floor garden terrace, which will be a planted with native species and designed by landscape architect Terrain NYC. When complete, 100 Vandam will be a 25-story contemporary tower rising within the brick façade of a historical Hudson Square warehouse. Each residence will include planted outdoor space to help re-knit the urban ecosystem and connect residents with nature.
