Sacha Constable, LEED AP
Sacha joined COOKFOX in early 2017 and has since worked on a range of projects within the studio including the schematic design of a 380-unit residential building in Tampa, FL. The project is part of a 52-acre master plan which, when completed, will be the first WELL and LEED ND certified community in the world.
Currently, Sacha is the project architect on 100 Vandam Street, a 25-story residential tower in Manhattan which incorporates the adaptive reuse of an existing brick warehouse and slated for completion in 2021. She is in charge of overseeing all aspects of the design including working with the large construction team and coordinating between multiple consultants to deliver the 73-unit project, which is pursuing LEED Gold certification.
Originally from New Zealand, Sacha worked for Athfield Architects before moving to New York, where she worked on a range of urban masterplans, public infrastructure and educational buildings. It was during this time that she developed her in interest in resilient design, influenced by post-earthquake planning opportunities following the Christchurch earthquakes of 2011.
