Nathaniel Felder, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Since joining COOKFOX in 2014, Nat has worked on 535 Carlton Avenue in Brooklyn and St. John’s Terminal in Manhattan. He is currently helping lead 555 Greenwich, a transformative workplace development that is reimagining the Hudson Square. Nat often leads coordination between consultants, owners, contractors, and other stakeholders in his projects and guides the team through technical challenges and other points of practical strategy. Nat brings a wide breadth of experience including recent work in resilient construction, hand set masonry, and adaptive reuse.

Prior to joining COOKFOX, Nat spent three years at Koenen Associates, where he worked on hospitality projects across the country, including the adaptive reuse of a warehouse damaged on 9/11 located on the southern edge of Ground Zero. He then joined Dattner Architects, where he worked primarily on affordable and market rate multifamily housing projects of all scales located in Brooklyn, including a 54-story residential tower.

Nat’s work is based in a belief that architecture should be driven by attention to detail, collaboration, and joy.
