Bailey joined COOKFOX in 2017 and has worked on several multi-family residential projects, including 378 West End Avenue, 1011 East Cumberland, 1900 Crystal Drive South, and 335 Eighth Avenue. She is currently the project architect for both 1900 Crystal Drive South and 335 Eighth Avenue, focusing on façade design and development. Bailey endeavors to bring sustainable, healthy, and equitable design principles into every one of her projects.

As a core member of the COOKFOX Service committee, she helps organize the studio’s yearly Day of Service and several other opportunities that connect local non-profits and mission-driven organizations to the studio. She was a part of the team that completed the AIA Day of Service project in 2018 for the Ali Forney Center, for which COOKFOX was awarded the Ali Forney Center’s Bea Arthur Award. With Harlem Grown, she led the design, structural coordination, and budgeting for a new covered stage at their main farm site. Bailey also helped establish COOKFOX’s Women’s Group.

Prior to joining COOKFOX, Bailey worked with Pelli Clarke & Partners where she was a designer on several high-rise international projects, including towers in Milan, Italy and Shanghai, China. Bailey was born and raised in Oklahoma and is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma.
