Senior Associate

Since joining COOKFOX in 2011, Kate has worked on a variety of projects. Her early work includes a luxury residential building at 301 East 50th Street, and 300 Lafayette Street, a sustainably designed office building. She has since worked on Webster Avenue, a residential community in the Bronx providing affordable and supportive housing and contributed to the teams working on Footprint Power in Salem, Massachusetts, a high-end residential building on West 23rd Street, a residential project on Park Row in Manhattan, Crystal Drive, Terminal Warehouse, and Edge on Hudson.

After receiving her Master of Architecture, Kate spent three years with Kevin Kennon Associates and three years at H3 Hardy Collaboration Architecture. From 2006 to 2008 she was the assistant director at The Institute, an architectural think tank and studio. Kate has also been the BIM Manager for COOKFOX, Grimshaw Dubai, and Ai3 Architects.  Her time spent traveling to Europe, Japan, Morocco, and the Middle East influenced her approach to architecture, design, and sustainability.
