Conor Rochford, LEED AP
Conor Joined COOKFOX in 2015 and has worked on a wide variety of projects in the studio. These have ranged from high-end commercial office and multi-family residential projects in both New York City and Florida as well as a single-family residence in East Hampton. His primary focus recently has been on 1001 Water Street in Tampa, Florida, where he has worked with a large team to bring the project from schematic design to construction, pursuing both LEED and WELL certifications.
Prior to joining COOKFOX, Conor worked in New York for Michael Gray Architects with a focus on apartment and single-family home renovation in landmarked districts. Conor’s previous experience also includes design roles at Lotts Architecture and Urbanism, Bernard Seymour Landscape Architects and Cathal Crimmins Architects in Dublin, Ireland. Additionally, Conor completed research and illustration for several publications on the history of Irish art and architecture for The Royal Irish Academy, the Architectural Association of Ireland and UCD.
