Since joining COOKFOX in 2017, Patricia’s primary responsibility has been the creation of a new workplace building in Tampa, FL which was completed in the summer of 2021. The project is part of Water Street Tampa, the first WELL-certified community in the world. In addition, the project is LEED Silver, will be WELL Community Silver by 2023, and the community will meet LEED ND specifications.
Patricia is currently leading the exteriors team for a single-family residence in the Hamptons. She has worked on projects in the studio, such as St. John’s Terminal, a new office building within Hudson Square, multi-family housing in the historic Upper West Side at 378 West End Avenue, the Armani New York flagship store and apartments at 760 Madison Avenue, and a residential building on 241 West 28th Street.
In the studio, Patricia is committed to promoting COOKFOX’s long-term goals, serving on the AIA 2030 committee.
Prior to joining the studio, Patricia worked at GMS, LLP in New York as a façade consultant and Luis Vidal + Architects where she worked as project architect on projects such as the Botin Centre in Santander (Spain) alongside Renzo Piano Building Workshop in Genoa (Italy), and Foster and Partners for the Heathrow Airport Terminal T2A in London (UK). Patricia is a licensed architect in the UK (ARB) and Spain (COAM).
