Daniel Brammer has a broad and exceptionally diverse portfolio from his time at COOKFOX, having joined the first iteration of the firm, Richard Cook & Associates, in 1994. Dan’s responsibilities at COOKFOX as a Partner include supervision and significant contributions to conceptual design, design development, and detail production and fabrication on a wide variety of projects.
Notable projects of Dan’s career include the Center for Well-Being at the Ross Institute in East Hampton, a private school with a holistic philosophy and curriculum; the Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park, the world’s first LEED Platinum skyscraper; the mixed-use City Point development in Brooklyn; several private residences in New York; and multiple award-winning projects in New York’s historic districts including The Caroline and The Chelsea Grande.
Most recently, Dan has managed multiple private, residential projects in several scales, including a 30,000 square foot home in East Hampton. Dan works to integrate resilient design strategies and efficient mechanical systems to ensure the longevity of these homes for generations to come.
