Patricia Lozano, ARB, COAM, LEED AP BD+C
Patricia joined COOKFOX in 2017. Her primary responsibility has been the creation of a new workplace building in Tampa, FL which will be part of the first WELL-certified community in the world. In addition, the project will have multiple LEED certifications; the building will meet LEED Silver standards and the community will meet LEED ND specifications. Patricia has worked on current projects in the studio such as the new Marymount School of New York building on the Upper East Side; multi-family housing in the historic Upper West Side at 378 West End Avenue; and the recently announced Armani New York flagship store and apartments at 760 Madison Avenue. In the studio, Patricia is committed to promoting COOKFOX’s long-term goals, serving on the AIA 2030 committee.
Prior to joining the studio, Patricia worked at GMS, LLP in New York as a façade consultant and Luis Vidal + Architects where she worked as project architect on projects such as the Botin Centre in Santander (Spain) alongside Renzo Piano Building Workshop in Genoa (Italy), and Foster and Partners for the Heathrow Airport Terminal T2A in London (UK). Patricia is a licensed architect in the UK (ARB) and Spain (COAM).
